Make A Show
Public Access production facilities like Town Square Television empower the public (individuals and organizations) with access to television: the world's most powerful communications medium. Active members use video resources to express opinions and creativity in a form that may be otherwise unavailable to them. Public Access services are available on a first come first served basis - membership and proper training are all that is required.
Town Square Television members who complete an official certification course or pass a proficiency test are considered qualified (members under 18 need written parental permission). Residents and non-residents can sign up for membership at any time for an annual fee. The low-cost certification courses are offered regularly throughout the year for members by the Town Square Television staff.
Our Hours of operation are: Monday through Thursday 1 PM to 9 PM, Fridays & Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM, Closed on Sundays, Closed on Holidays.

If you want to volunteer or help on existing shows Click Here
Start to Finish, here is what you need to do:
- Take the FREE "Intro to Community TV" Class
- Pay for a Town Square Television Membership
- Take necessary classes. This may include "Digital Field Production", "Final Cut Pro Editing", "Studio Production", "Truck Production", or any advanced classes you may wish to take
- Check-out a camera, then shoot your show!!!
- Reserve an Edit Suite, and edit your show!!!
- Print the show onto a tape or DVD. We accept Mini-DV, DVCPro, VHS, SVHS, and DVD formats
- Make sure the "Town Square Television" disclaimer, along with 60 seconds of tone and bars and a countdown is at the beginning of your program, and at least 60 seconds of black at the end of your program (see staff)
- Fill out and sign the "Cablecast Request" form
- Hand it in to staff, requesting which channel you would like your show to air on. Channel 16 for multi-faith, 15 for all others
- Tell all of your friends to watch your show!!!
