The Era of the South St. Paul Stockyards

This documentary features the history of the South St. Paul Stockyards, once the world's largest, since its beginnings in 1886 through its very last day on April 11, 2008. We tell the story of this historic business through old photos, old film footage, and interviews with people who spent many years working at the Stockyards in many different capacity.
