Comcast's World of More
The World of More is beginning June 22! In the coming weeks, Comcast Standard Cable subscribers will receive a postcard reminding them to order either Digital Adapters (DTAs) and/or a Digital Receiver in order to continue to receive those channels beyond Basic 1. Digital Customers, who may have additional TV sets connected to analog cable, can also order DTA equipment. Over the next days, a crawl will appear on the top of the screen of customers that are watching channels that will be digitized, reminding them to order equipment. Residential customers can order by going to www.comcast.com/digitalnow or by calling 1-877-634-4434. Equipment is mailed directly to their home in just days. Once you receive and install the Digital Receiver or DTA's, the crawl will dissappear. Customers will also see that approximately 15 additional channels have been added to their service at no additional charge. Up to three Digital Devices (one digital reciver and two DTA's) can be requested at no cost. Additional DTAs are available for $1.99 per month (limit of six self-install DTAs).
